On June 13, 2018, Tianna Ann Phillips, a 25-year-old mother of two, disappeared from Berwick, Pennsylvania. That evening, she went to a friend's house after an argument with her boyfriend. She told her friend that a man named 'Dave' was coming to pick her up. It was uncharacteristic for her to be out of contact with her loved ones, and concern grew as she had no driver's license, was not employed at the time, and had left her cell phone behind.
