On May 17, 2018, Ira Romair Bishop, a 38-year-old man from Claymont, Delaware, was seen for the last time at Harrah's Casino in Chester, Pennsylvania. A devoted single father, his absence became a cause for alarm when he uncharacteristically missed his young daughter's birthday party.
