Carlos Lecky, a 38-year-old man from Riviera Beach, Florida, was last seen in North Palm Beach on April 28, 2024, during what began as a family visit to the beach. According to reporting based on a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office incident report, Lecky and his family were at the beach that evening when children began struggling in the water.
