Carol McHugh, a 72-year-old woman from Inverness, Florida, was last seen on June 8, 2017, when she left her home in the Seven Lakes subdivision for a walk. She was wearing a tan button-down shirt with brown stripes and dark pants at the time. Carol, who was in the early stages of dementia and required medication, never returned from her walk. Her disappearance triggered an extensive search involving local authorities and volunteers, but no trace of her was found.
