On a cold Tuesday in late December of 2016, a 34-year-old man named Timothy Micah Smith vanished from Torrance, Pennsylvania. He was last seen on the morning of December 27th, at approximately 10:30 a.m. At the time of his disappearance, Timothy was a patient at Torrance State Hospital, a facility he had been committed to for mental health reasons.
