In the autumn of 2016, a 20-year-old man named William Dorien Toney vanished from the streets of Delaware County, Pennsylvania, leaving behind a loving family and a life full of promise. On November 19, 2016, William, affectionately known as Will, was last seen in the Darby and Sharon Hill area.
