The life of Brandi Shontay Brown, a 23-year-old mother from Detroit, Michigan, took a sharp and mysterious turn in the late summer of 2016. In the days leading up to her disappearance, Brandi was involved in a car accident that required her to be hospitalized for several days at Sinai-Grace Hospital. Although some accounts state she was last seen around August 1, 2016, other sources indicate she may have disappeared sometime in September of that year.
