Isai Flores Garcia was 17 years old when he was last seen in West Valley City, Utah, on August 20, 2012. Public missing-person records described him as a male teenager with black hair and black eyes, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 140 pounds, who disappeared from the West Valley City area under circumstances first reported as a runaway case.
