In the autumn of 1989, a 34-year-old woman named Donna J. Ambrose vanished from Cleveland, Ohio. She was last seen in the 3100 block of West 73rd Street on November 1, 1989. Following that day, those who knew her would not see or hear from her again. The circumstances surrounding her disappearance are clouded by a significant and unexplained delay in reporting her missing.
