Edward Carr Missing Person Case

In the early morning hours of September 18, 2016, 71-year-old Edward Carr was last seen in Hammond, Louisiana. Reports indicate he was near the intersection of Natchez and Palmetto streets around 5:00 a.m. At the time of his disappearance, Mr. Carr, who suffers from dementia, was wearing a red shirt, green camouflage shorts, and brown shoes.
