On a cold winter evening in Holly, Michigan, 39-year-old Timothy Scott Ward walked away from his semi-independent living apartment at the Rose Hill Center and was never seen again. It was approximately 5:00 PM on January 31, 2016, when he left the facility. Timothy, who is described as a biracial male of Black/African American and White/Caucasian descent, stood between 5'11' and 6'0' tall and weighed around 240 to 250 pounds at the time of his disappearance.
