In the spring of 2013, a four-year-old boy named Ethan Murphy was spending time with his family in Saginaw, Michigan. The last confirmed sighting of Ethan was on April 24 of that year. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a young African American boy with sandy-colored, curly hair and brown eyes.
