On a late summer day, August 31, 2010, 37-year-old Jivko E. Todorov was last seen in Wheeling, Illinois. A White/Caucasian male, he stood between 6'0" and 6'1" and weighed around 160 pounds. He had brown hair and brown eyes, with a distinctive birthmark on his lower left forearm.
