On a spring day in April of 1989, a 32-year-old woman named Barbara Lynn Phillips vanished in Detroit, Michigan. She was a woman with sandy-colored hair that flowed past her shoulders and bright blue eyes. A distinguishing feature was a tattoo of a tiger on her left hand. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as being between 5'2' and 5'4' tall and weighing between 110 and 120 pounds. The last time her family ever saw her was on April 7th of that year.
