In the late summer of 2005, a young woman named Lisa Marie Douglas vanished from Detroit, Michigan, leaving behind a life and a family with almost no clues as to what may have happened to her. She was 27 years old when she was last seen on September 1, 2005. At the time, Lisa was living in a residence off Michigan Avenue.
