In the summer of 1993, a young man named Curtis Neal Harvey vanished from the streets of Portland, Oregon. On July 26th, the 25-year-old was last seen in the downtown core area of the city. At the time of his disappearance, Harvey was described as a white male, standing at an impressive height of 6 feet 4 inches to 6 feet 6 inches and weighing between 200 and 220 pounds.
