In the spring of 1993, a 37-year-old man named Richard Kenneth Morgan vanished from Boulder, Colorado. He was officially last seen on April 1st of that year. At the time of his disappearance, Richard was described as being 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing approximately 185 pounds. He had blond or strawberry blond hair and blue eyes.
