On a summer evening in Portland, Oregon, 30-year-old Louis North Selig left his home, presumably heading to band practice, and was never seen again. The date was August 15, 1984. Selig, a man with shoulder-length brown/black hair, a mustache, and hazel eyes, was last seen wearing a tan shirt, rust-colored corduroy pants, and sandals.
