In the late autumn of 2013, a 54-year-old man named Eddie James Braxton vanished from the city of Detroit, Michigan. On November 26th of that year, he was last seen, and then, without a trace, his presence in the lives of those who knew him ceased. Eddie, an African-American man standing at a height of six feet one inch and weighing around 215 pounds, was a familiar face in his community.
