In the spring of 2012, concern began to grow for a 69-year-old man from Detroit, Michigan, named Jessie Fowler. He was last seen on April 20, 2012, in the vicinity of the 6000 block of West Outer Drive. At the time of his disappearance, those who knew him were aware that he was not in the best of health, facing challenges with both his physical and mental well-being.
