In the winter of 2011, 21-year-old Jessica Lynn Garino moved from Unicoi, Tennessee, to Goldsboro, North Carolina, seeking a fresh start and treatment for a history of drug abuse. She was last seen on January 25, 2012. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as being between 5'6' and 5'10' tall, weighing between 130 and 150 pounds, with brown, shoulder-length hair and green eyes.
