Ulises Hanoy Roldan, a 35-year-old Hispanic male, has been missing since March 15, 2008. On that Saturday morning at approximately 5:00 AM, he left his residence in Tampa, Florida, with the intention of going fishing in the Gulf of Mexico with a friend. Roldan was last seen in Tampa, and neither he nor his friend ever returned from their fishing trip. The pair was on a 1988, 29-foot Wellcraft fiberglass boat, which has never been located.
