On a summer afternoon in June of 2005, 15-year-old Ian Foster was enjoying a day at the Oregon coast with two friends. On June 28, the group was playing in the ocean north of the North Jetty, near the Driftwood Shores Resort in Florence, when the outing took a tragic turn.
