Lisa Ann Eubanks, a 17-year-old from Texarkana, Texas, went missing on January 15, 1999. She was last seen leaving her home at around 1:30 a.m. in a vehicle driven by an unidentified individual. Eubanks did not take any personal belongings with her, except for her keys and jacket. Her disappearance was considered unusual because she left without informing her family and did not return home.
