Joseph Toner Missing Person Case

In the spring of 1997, a man named Joseph Gerard Toner, who was 42 years old at the time, vanished from Eugene, Oregon. The last known contact anyone had with him was a conversation with his brother in April of that year. After that, all communication ceased, and Joseph has not been seen or heard from since.
