In the spring of 1990, a young girl named Sparky Wilson vanished from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, leaving behind a case that has been shrouded in mystery for decades. On April 18, 1990, the 13-year-old African American teenager was seen for the last time. At the time of her disappearance, Sparky was described as being 4'11' tall and weighing 104 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
