At the time of his disappearance, Harley was wearing a distinctive hoodie that was black on the body with grey on the hood and sleeves, a red inner lining, red strings, and a red logo on the front. He also wore black pants, black Birkenstock chef shoes, and a black baseball-style hat with "PRIME 102" embroidered in white. Harley's night began after he finished his work shift, leaving his cell phone with his father because the battery was low. After work, he went to the Odd Fellows Wine Bar and then the Black Pearl, before meeting up with friends at the Sportszone Bar. From there, he and a friend went to the 50 Grand Club. Later, a group of four other friends also arrived. Plans for a ride home fell through; the friend he arrived with left earlier, and an attempt to call his father for a ride went unanswered as his father was asleep. Harley had arranged to get a ride with the group of four friends, but was later told there was no room in their vehicle for him. Security footage shows Harley outside the club at 3:03 a.m. giving his friends directions to his house, with a plan for them to meet him there. However, his friends went to another party instead. After his friends departed, Harley was seen on camera briefly re-entering the club, possibly to look for his chef knives, before exiting and walking away. The investigation into Harley's disappearance has been extensive, involving the Tyler Police Department and searches by organizations like Texas EquuSearch. Law enforcement has reviewed security and doorbell camera footage from the area and has asked residents and businesses for any additional video that might show someone walking in the early morning hours of January 21st. Despite these efforts and numerous community-led searches, no significant leads have emerged. His case has been entered into national crime information databases, and his DNA is on file. His family continues to hold out hope, organizing vigils and maintaining a social media presence to keep his story in the public eye, clinging to the hope that they will find him. The case remains an open and active investigation, a painful mystery for a family and community seeking answers.
