In the early evening of September 6, 2006, 23-year-old Kristin Leonetti was dropped off by her mother at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting on MacDade Boulevard in Glenolden, Pennsylvania. Kristin, a young mother who had given birth to her second child just two weeks prior, was reportedly in good spirits and determined to abstain from drugs and alcohol for the sake of her new baby.
