On a spring day in April of 1994, 43-year-old Mark Arthur Maty was seen for the last time at his home in Pacific, a town in Jefferson County, Missouri. He was a Caucasian male with blond hair and blue eyes, standing at approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing between 150 and 160 pounds.
