In the summer of 2007, a family's life was irrevocably changed by the disappearance of Ricky Laverne Bethea. On July 23, 2007, the 44-year-old man was last seen in the rural landscape of Milton, in Caswell County, North Carolina. Ricky, who lived with schizophrenia and required medication, had only been a resident at Corbett's Family Care Home for ten days prior to when he went missing.
