In the summer of 2002, a 16-year-old boy named Justin Emile Cosey vanished from his New Orleans, Louisiana home. Known to his loved ones as 'Jay,' he was last seen with his brown hair in braids, wearing a white t-shirt, dark-colored shorts, and white high-top sneakers.
