In the summer of 1994, a seven-month-old female infant named Annalycia Maria Cruz vanished from the small town of Chiloquin, Oregon. On July 9th, she was in the care of her mother's live-in boyfriend, William Russell Spear, who had taken her on a fishing trip. Annalycia, who was not secured in a car seat, traveled in an open backpack.
