On the morning of June 18, 1994, 39-year-old Wayne David Powell was seen by his teenage daughter leaving their family home on Brushy Butte Mountain in Roseburg, Oregon. This would be the last time he was ever seen or heard from by his loved ones. At the time of his disappearance, Wayne was described as a White male, standing at 6 feet tall and weighing around 225 pounds. He had black, graying hair with a receding hairline, and hazel eyes.
