In the autumn of 1992, concern grew for 22-year-old Londa Renee Phillips when she failed to arrive at a relative's home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was last seen on November 22, 1992, and was reported missing by her boyfriend. At the time of her disappearance, Londa was described as a Black female, standing between 5'1" and 5'4" tall and weighing between 100 and 115 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Her case was further complicated by the fact that her disappearance was not an isolated incident within her family. Londa's disappearance followed a deeply troubling pattern for the Phillips family. Just over a year prior, in October 1991, her older sister, 26-year-old Paula Phillips, also went missing from Tulsa. Paula was last seen on October 3, 1991, leaving her apartment to go to a store, but she never returned. Their 20-year-old brother, Donald Phillips, reported Paula missing on October 7. However, when police attempted to follow up with Donald just three days later, on October 10, he too could not be found and has not been seen or heard from since. The back-to-back vanishing of three siblings cast a dark shadow over the family and left investigators with a complex and alarming case. Authorities believe the disappearances of Londa, Paula, and Donald are interconnected and may be linked to drug activity in the area. While persons of interest have been identified in the cases, no suspects have been publicly named, and no arrests have been made. The suggestion has been made that Londa and Paula may have been together at some point, though the circumstances surrounding this theory remain unclear, especially since Paula had been missing for thirteen months before Londa was last seen. The cases of all three Phillips siblings remain unsolved, leaving their family and community searching for answers for over three decades. The Tulsa Police Department continues to hold the case files for Londa, Paula, and Donald, hoping for a breakthrough that will finally shed light on what happened to them.
