In the autumn of 1973, 18-year-old Sandra 'Sandy' Hopler was a student at Keystone Junior College in La Plume, Pennsylvania. On September 29th, she informed her roommate of her plans to take a trip to New York City. Sandra, known to her friends and family as Sandy, was last seen that day at the Martz Trailway Bus Station in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
