In the spring of 1973, a young mother named Charlotte Elaine Brown vanished from the streets of Cleveland, Ohio, leaving behind a life and three children who would be left to wonder what became of her. On April 5th of that year, the 29-year-old was last seen when a friend dropped her off at the 'Rapid Transit' Station on 55th Avenue.
