Angel was known to have several distinct tattoos, including the name 'Alyssa' on his lower stomach, 'Velasquez' on his back, three stars on his chest, 'Lidia' in cursive on his left arm, and 'Texas' with buildings on his right arm. The circumstances surrounding Angel's disappearance are shrouded in concern. He was primarily living on the streets around the Seminary Drive and Hemphill Street area. His father had dropped him off in that vicinity the last time he was seen. In the time since he went missing, his family has endured holidays and his 30th birthday without any contact from him.
