Elizabeth 'Betty' Turvey Brown, a 53-year-old woman from Rocky Mount, North Carolina, was last seen on February 21, 1977. On that day, she had a conversation with someone in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, to ask for directions to Virginia Beach, Virginia.
