Shelva Rafte Missing Person Case

In the late spring of 2006, Shelva Jean Rafte, a 44-year-old mother of four from Pittston, Pennsylvania, seemed to vanish without a trace. Known to her loved ones as Shelly, she was last seen in the early morning hours of May 28, 2006.
