In the late summer of 2023, concern began to grow for the well-being of Perry Lee Smith, a 47-year-old man from Del City, Oklahoma. His family and friends had not had any contact with him since August 11, 2023, and as time passed with no word, the worry deepened. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance were not publicly detailed, leaving a void of information for those who knew him.
