In the spring of 2023, a 49-year-old chef named Philip Douglas Harris vanished from the Hazel Dell area of Vancouver, Washington, sparking concern among his family and friends. The last confirmed sighting of him was on April 20, 2023. His ex-wife, with whom he maintained a friendship, last had contact with him on April 15 of that year.
