In the quiet community of Woodburn, Oregon, a family was left with questions and concern when 25-year-old Santos Gomez Rosales, who also went by his middle name Jose, vanished on the afternoon of January 9, 2023. He was last seen by an acquaintance between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. at the Smith Creek Apartments on Kirksey Street.
