Allan Anthony Hoffman, also known as Tony, was 25 years old when he was last seen on July 2, 1989, in the vicinity of 44th Avenue and Cactus Road in Phoenix, Arizona. He was with an eighteen-year-old friend, Anthony Vance, and they were reportedly leaving for a fishing trip in Vance's car.
