Tamara Halona Bell, a 45-year-old African American woman, was last seen on May 5, 2020, on Green Mountain Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas. Bell, who sometimes uses the last names Bell-Walker or Williams-Bell, has not been heard from since that day.
