Chad Foster Tompkins, a 48-year-old man from Emerson, Arkansas, was last seen on September 30, 2021. On that day, he was reportedly seen walking naked on County Road 23 near his home. It was reported that he had taken off all his clothes and left them on the side of the road. There was also an unconfirmed sighting of him at the Emerson Food Mart. His family officially reported him missing on October 4, 2021.
