Joseph Devincenzi, a 25-year-old man from Butte County, California, was last seen on August 30, 2015, and his case remains an unsolved missing person investigation. At the time of his disappearance, Devincenzi was residing at the Quail Trails Village Mobile Home Park on Pentz Road in Paradise. He reportedly informed someone that he was planning to take a public bus, though his brother, Andrew Devincenzi, was not aware of any such plans.
