Owen Robert Frame, a 45-year-old man, went missing from Merced, California on June 27, 2012. He was last seen at 8:00 p.m. walking away from his residence, a boarding home in the 100 block of T Street, without communicating his intentions to anyone. Frame has not been seen or heard from since his disappearance.
