At the time of his disappearance, Hernandez was described as a Hispanic male, standing at 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 110 pounds, with brown and gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans. Hernandez was not carrying any form of identification or a cell phone when he went missing.
