Charles Richard Huber, a 63-year-old man, was last seen in Redding, California, on December 7, 2013. Huber, who suffers from dementia, has not been heard from since that day. His case is classified as an endangered missing person.
At the time of his disappearance, Huber was described as a white male, 5'6" tall, and weighing 180 pounds. He had brown hair and brown eyes. Distinguishing features included a mustache, a two-inch scar on his right temple, and he was known to wear eyeglasses.
