Mark Harlan Jackson, a 64-year-old man, was last seen in San Bernardino County, California on August 31, 2015, and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Jackson was described as a white male, 5'10" tall and weighing approximately 215 pounds. He has blue eyes and is bald. Jackson is also diabetic.
